My calendar generally fills for the current season and up to a full year ahead, so the earlier you reach out, the better. Popular dates — summer Saturdays, long weekends and holiday season events — are usually reserved many months in advance, and once a date is confirmed with a deposit it is held exclusively for you. If your wedding is still some way off, it is never too early to enquire: I am happy to pencil in a conversation, walk you through the process and secure your date as soon as you are ready.
A trial is highly recommended. It is our chance to meet before the wedding day, discuss the look you have in mind, test products on your skin and make sure your expectations and my work align perfectly — so that on the morning of your wedding there is nothing left to decide. We can refine coverage, colour, lashes and longevity together, and I keep detailed notes of everything we finalise. Trials are available for makeup alone, or for makeup together with hairstyling if you would like both prepared in advance.
Yes. Bridesmaids, mothers of the bride and groom and other family members can all be booked together on one schedule, planned backwards from your photography start time so that everyone is ready without rushing. For larger parties — generally more than six people in total — or when the morning timeline is particularly tight, I bring in a second professional makeup artist so that the group stays comfortably on schedule. Just let me know your final numbers and timings and I will build the timeline around them.
Hairstyling is provided through a trusted bridal hairstylist I work with regularly, for both the trial and the wedding day. Because we collaborate often, your makeup and hair are planned as one cohesive look and the morning runs as a single, coordinated service rather than two separate appointments. Hairstyling can be added to your booking for you and for your bridal party, and is quoted alongside your makeup services.
Simply complete the booking request form on the Book Now page — it is straightforward and shows you an estimate of the cost as you make your selections. Once your request comes through, I will reach out to you personally by text message to confirm the details, discuss timings, location and any additional services, and finalise your reservation.
Yes. A deposit of 30% of your total service cost is required to confirm your booking and reserve your specific date and time. The deposit is what secures the slot exclusively for you and allows me to plan the day properly, including any travel or destination arrangements. It is non-refundable, but it is fully deducted from your final balance, so it forms part of the total price of your services rather than an additional fee.
Cancellations and date changes must be communicated at least 72 hours (three days) before your scheduled service. A booking may be rescheduled once, subject to availability on the new date. In the event of a cancellation, the deposit paid is non-refundable, as the date has been held exclusively for you and other enquiries declined.
Yes — I travel throughout Edmonton, Calgary and the surrounding areas, as well as to other locations across Alberta including Red Deer, Camrose, Jasper and Banff. Getting ready in your own suite, home or venue is often the most relaxed way to begin the day, and I bring everything needed to work comfortably on location. A travel fee applies based on distance, and is confirmed with your quote before the booking is finalised.
Absolutely. You are very welcome at my location for trials and appointments, in a calm, fully equipped space with professional lighting — ideal for trials, special occasion makeup and smaller groups. Parking is straightforward and I will send you the exact address and arrival details once your appointment is confirmed.
